A space that feels like yours
A community space starts with an announcements room, a hangout, a voice room and an events room. Make it yours from there:
- Your own emojis and stickers – the logo, the mascot, inside jokes. Animated ones from Community Pro.
- Soundboard in voice rooms (Community Pro and higher) – short sounds everybody hears, never mixed into recordings.
- Watch together and music in the voice room (Community Pro and higher).
- A listing in the space directory, if you want to be found – every listing is reviewed first.
Onboarding that sorts new members
New members see your rules first and accept them before they can write. Then up to 10 onboarding questions follow. An answer can give roles and open rooms – "Which topics interest you?" leads everybody straight to the right channels.
Roles you give after accepting the rules, like Member, open the community rooms automatically. The evaluation shows how often each answer was picked – never who picked what.
Events, stages and live streams
- Events with RSVP, registration and a seat limit, reminders and an optional online meeting.
- Stage rooms and moderated rooms for Q&As and community rounds: only speakers talk, everybody else raises a hand.
- Webinars with registration for up to 1,000 attendees (Business plan).
- Live streams of a meeting, webinar or stage to a streaming platform or your own RTMP server (from Business – see pricing).
Moderation that grows with you
- AutoMod blocks words, links, mass mentions and flooding before messages appear.
- Warn, timeout, kick and ban right from the member list; every action is in the log.
- Raid protection spots waves of new accounts, pauses joins and holds new members’ messages for review.
- Join requirements such as a minimum account age, a confirmed e-mail or a bot check without puzzles.
Support and privacy for you
- Support tickets: members open private tickets, and your mods answer with status, assignment and internal notes.
- Streamer mode hides your e-mail address, invite links and notification contents when you show Coviqo on stream.

Can I start for free?

How do new people find my community?
Share your invite link wherever your audience is. If you like, list your space in the space directory – listing is voluntary, and Coviqo reviews every listing before it appears.
Can I stream a community event live?
Yes. Meetings, webinars and stages can go live to a streaming platform or your own RTMP server, from the Business plan. Everybody in the call sees a countdown before it starts.
How do I keep spam out as the community grows?
Combine AutoMod, join requirements and raid protection. Raid mode can switch on by itself when a wave of new accounts arrives and ends after two quiet hours.
