Webinars with registration – hosted in the EU

Run a webinar for a large audience: people register, wait in a waiting room and watch the stage. Questions, polls, live streaming and interpretation are built in.

Stage and audience

Choose Webinar instead of Meeting when you schedule. Organizers, co-organizers and presenters are on the stage and can speak, show their camera and share their screen. The audience joins muted and without camera; a host can Let speak someone who raised their hand.

Early attendees wait in a waiting room with the start time while hosts test everything backstage. Start webinar lets the audience in.

Registration and waiting list

  • A registration page with its own link, your own questions and a number of seats.
  • A waiting list that moves people up automatically when somebody cancels.
  • A personal join link and a calendar file for each registered person.
  • A list of registrations with answers and attendance – exportable as CSV.

Questions and polls

Attendees ask questions and upvote others; hosts approve, answer, pin or dismiss them, and can allow anonymous questions. Polls can be anonymous and show results live or only after closing. Afterwards the summary lists polls and Q&A, exportable as CSV.

Live streaming and interpretation

  • Live stream a meeting, webinar or stage to a streaming platform or your own RTMP server – with speaker, grid or presentation layout. Everyone in the call sees a countdown and a LIVE badge.
  • Interpretation – assign interpreters per language; listeners pick the language and hear the original quietly underneath.
  • Listen translated – machine interpretation with a neutral computer voice while transcription runs, clearly marked as machine translation.
  • Presentation mode – your camera inside your screen share.

A live stream goes to the platform you choose; from there, that platform’s terms apply. Live streaming is not available in end-to-end encrypted rooms.

After the webinar

Recording, transcript and AI summary work as in every meeting. The attendance report (Business and Enterprise) shows who attended, when and whether they had registered. Attendees are told about it before they join.
