Transcript and minutes for every meeting
- Live transcript with speakers and times – search it, filter by speaker, jump into the recording, export it as text, PDF, Word or captions.
- Live captions, translated per person into the language they choose.
- AI summary after the meeting: overview, topics, decisions, open questions and action items, based on transcript, notes and chat.
- Summary in your language – everybody reads it in their own language, the original is one click away.
- Voice commands – “Coviqo, task: …” captures notes, tasks and decisions as suggestions while the meeting is transcribed.
People decide, the AI suggests
The AI does not create tasks or decisions on its own. Action items and decisions arrive as drafts with a link to where they were said; organizers accept, edit or reject them. Follow-up actions like scheduling the next meeting open a pre-filled dialog – nothing is sent until you confirm.
Everything an AI created carries the label AI-generated with the model name, also in exports – as the EU AI Act asks for AI-generated content.
Beyond meetings
- Ask the space – ask a question in plain language and get an answer with a source for every sentence, only from content you may see. Encrypted rooms and direct messages are never searched.
- Catch-up – after a few days away you see new decisions, questions for you and due tasks, with a short AI summary if you like.
- Voicemail – phone messages are transcribed on Coviqo’s own servers.
Control over your voice
- Don’t transcribe my voice – your microphone is left out of captions, transcripts and summaries in every meeting.
- A Transcribing badge is visible to everyone while transcription runs.
- Space admins decide which AI features the space allows and who may read transcripts. New spaces keep transcripts for 90 days.
- AI features never process the content of end-to-end encrypted rooms.
Frequently asked questions
Is my meeting audio sent to an external AI service?
No. Speech recognition, translation and the language model run on Coviqo’s own servers in Germany. No meeting content goes to a third-party AI provider.
Can I object to being transcribed?
Yes. Switch on Don’t transcribe my voice under Settings › AI & captions. Others still see you as present, but your speech is not in captions, transcripts or summaries.
Does the AI write tasks into my project on its own?
No. Action items and decisions are drafts. Only after an organizer reviews and publishes them do they become tasks or entries in the decision log.
Which plans include AI transcription?
AI transcription, translation and summaries start with Community Pro, with monthly minutes per plan. Ask the space is part of Community Pro, Business and Enterprise. Details on the pricing page.
