Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so complaints can no longer be submitted through it.
In Luxembourg, the body responsible for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Service national du Médiateur de la consommation (www.mediateurconsommation.lu). Consumers can submit a request for mediation there. Consumers resident in another EU Member State can contact the European Consumer Centre of their country for help with cross-border disputes.
We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. Coviqo is a hosting service within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and, for publicly accessible areas such as public spaces, the space directory, player search and live broadcasts, also an online platform. With regard to content that users post or transmit within Coviqo, we are not obliged to monitor it generally or to actively look for circumstances indicating illegal activity. As soon as we become aware of illegal content, we remove it or disable access to it without undue delay. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected.
You can report illegal content via our notice form (also without an account), via the report function in the app or by e-mail to [email protected]. Our terms describe how we handle notices and which remedies are available to you.
Our single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11 Digital Services Act) and our single point of contact for users (Article 12 Digital Services Act) – each with e-mail address and languages – as well as the competent Digital Services Coordinator are listed on the page Points of contact under the Digital Services Act. Unless a different address is given there, the e-mail address above applies. As we are established in the European Union, we do not appoint a legal representative under Article 13 Digital Services Act; our establishment is also the designated establishment for orders gathering electronic evidence (Directive (EU) 2023/1544).
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites whose content we cannot influence. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of linked pages. No legal violations were apparent at the time the links were set. Permanently monitoring linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. If we become aware of any infringement, we will remove the link promptly.

If you notice a copyright infringement, please let us know; we will remove the content concerned promptly once we are aware of it. Coviqo uses open-source software; you can find the licences and copyright notices in our third-party notices.
